Hi, I’m Morgan!
Hailing from the pine swamps of South Carolina, I’ve always been sensitive to what I hear. As a child, some of my favorite sounds were cicadas singing on a hot summer evening and the white-noise hush of ocean waves at low tide. These days, I perk up at the sound of quavering bells and slightly out-of-tune music boxes.
Professionally, I am very committed to directing my energies toward stories that champion marginalized voices. In the early days of my career, I had a hard time finding my footing in the entertainment industry. It wasn’t until I was welcomed onboard projects that intentionally seek out women, POC, and queer people that my career started to gain traction. I owe my experience, skills, and passion to the inclusivity extended by those communities.
